Vegetable Pork Noodles Asian-Inspired



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb noodles

  • 1 lb pork sausage

  • 1 bunch of scallions

  • 1/2 lb of mushrooms

  • 3 baby bok choy

  • 1 can baby corn

  • 1-2 T toasted sesame oil

  • 2-3 T soy sauce

  • 1-3 T stir fry sauce

  • 1/2 T cornstarch + 1 c water

  • Sesame seeds, optional

Instructions:

  1. Cook your noodles according to instructions

  2. In a very large saucepan, start browning pork over medium heat.

  3. After meat is browned, add veggies, sesame oil, soy sauce and stir fry sauce. Allow to saute for about 10 minutes.

  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan along with noodles.

  5. Heat as sauce thickens. Remove when the sauce is to desired thickness.

  6. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
