Our meal plans include at least 11 new recipes every month, including 8 main dishes or full meals and 3 side dishes. All recipes are for making meals at home with real whole foods, from scratch. They will have little to no added sugar and no vegetable or seed oils. They also have no ultra-processed ingredients.

How do I access meal plan printouts if I don't have my monthly email anymore?

You always have access to the current and previous month of meal plans through your account on the Citystead Kitchen website. From the home page, along the top, there is a "Log In" arrow. After you log in, you can click on "Monthly Meal Plans" and you will find the two available printouts. If you don't log out of the website, your log in information will often be remembered and all you will have to do is click the Log In arrow and you can access the Monthly Meal Plans directly from there.


How many people will meal plan recipes feed?

The Citystead Kitchen real foods meal plans are meant to feed 6-8 people. Each recipe shows approximately how many people the recipe will serve.


How long will I have access to the meal plan printouts?

You will have access to the current months meal plan printout as well as the previous month immediately after signing up until the time you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access until the end of your current billing cycle.


Why haven't I received my monthly meal plan email?

You should receive a monthly meal plan email on the first day of each month. If it's not in your inbox, spam/junk or promotional folder, please sent us an email at to let us know and we will help to troubleshoot the issue. Make sure that our email is added to your contacts to avoid emails going to the wrong folders.


What do I do if I don't eat some of the ingredients used in a recipe?

All recipes in our meal plans are able to be changed to better accommodate your dietary preferences or needs. Whether it is a substitution or simple elimination, there is a lot of flexibility in our recipes. Often alternative ingredients will be suggested in each recipe. Additionally, at the end of each meal plan print out is a full page with details on naviating ingredient labels and substitution suggestions for ingredients that people commonly avoid when eating a whole foods unprocessed diet.


Can I change my subscription billing length?

Yes, you can switch the billing period of your subscription at any time. Having a longer billing cycle will save money on a month to month basis. In order to switch the billing cycle, you first will need to be logged in. Navigate to "my account" and click on "my subscriptions." From there, you need to cancel your current plan. After that is completed there will be an option on the same page to "buy new subscription." Follow the steps to choose the new billing cycle you would like to use.
