Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c finely minced onion
2 carrots
16 oz canned tomatoes
3 c broth (more if desired for thinner consistency)
1 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried rosemary
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 head green cabbage
Instructions:
Over medium high heat in a soup pot, brown ground beef, add celery, onion and carrots and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes so they start to soften.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat down allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Adjust salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!
